Body Shop at LFW Review | fabulouslyfeebz

I went to London Fashion Week on Friday and Saturday and received a 'goody bag' (always exciting).
Inside the bag, I found some Body Shop make-up. I have never tried out the Body Shop's make up line before or even thought about trying it however why didn't I?!! It is amazing and the kabuki brush that was included felt as soft as the Mac ones.
So heres what I received:

Kabuki (bronzing brush):
As I said above, it is so soft and perfect for travelling.

Shimmer cube palette:
It is quite shimmery, so I would recommend it for a special occasion not everyday use. The eyeshadows are so deep! The colours are very eye-catching (see what I did there).

Colour- glide Lip colour X2:
The nude, for me, is a 'your lips but better', they are very sheer, I would call them lip-tints not lip-sticks. You have to apply a lot but after that they stay on all day. I think the red is would suit everybody, its that universal colour.

Honey bronze bronzing Powder In Fair Matte
On me, it gave a very subtle glow because again it was nearly the exact colour of my skin but on my friend, Abbie (who is a shade lighter) it looked so pretty. I think I will use it as a setting powder in the summer because of it being matte (which is very nice because most bronzers are full of shimmer)
On a darker skin tone it would make a great highlighter.

Last but not least, mascara!Haven't used it proparly yet but it is very lengthening and  separating.

Overall I was very impressed and found it hard to fault, Why have I never tried their collection before?
Thankyou for the goody bag and as always my opinions are my own.

London Fashion Week- Friday | fabulously feebz

I went to LFW at the weekend, It was amazing and hopefully I can go again!
Because this topic is sooooo huge I have split it into days to make it easier for everyone.
I will be posting about it over the coming week so keep coming back to check.
Thankyou so much to Abbie and especially Catherine for inviting me and letting me stay at her house!

FRIDAY 18TH FEBUARY

I got on the tube to go and meet Abbie at Waterloo and then we went over to Catherines' house.
Our first show was that evening, we had been invited to the Orla Keily Tea Party at Summerset house.
It was a presentation, not a show so there wasn't a catwalk. The models were in the centre of the room dancing, there were tables around them were you could sit (all of the seats had been taken though!).This ballroom scene was also perfect for taking photos.
I thought the clothes were beautiful , they were vintage-inspired but it wasn't all florals - Thank god, there has been way too much of that stuff recently. Orla Keilys clothes were vintage but different and I could even call them fresh. My favourite item was the dress worn by the model sitting in the first photo on the left.

Made in Chelsea's Louis Thompson: Inspired Make-up

I was in a cafe yesterday having a Mocha and a full english breakfast when Jamie and Proudlock from Made in Chelsea walked in and sat next to me and I have to say they wear so much MAKE-UP , their faces were completly caked in fake tan and foundation!!

Anyway this isn't a post on their 'fabulous' make-up its Louis Thompson's make-up I was admiring on last season episodes.
She wore a bold vamp lip which is Rebel by Mac Cosmetics.

And so just for you I will be re-creating this look.
Obviously, start with no make-up on,this is me at 9 O'clock after being woken up by our fire alarm...ergh

I Moisterised my face first. Yes, I'm in my P'jamas

And then I got dressed for you guys...

Firstly I used Natural Collections tinted moisturiser in a shade slightly darker than my skin tone.
I appllied it with my fingers because I cant be arsed with brushes.

After this I put a light amount of Urban Decays buck all over my eyelid but focusing it on the crease.
Then I used virgin on my inner corner and toasted right in the centre of the lid. (all from Naked 1)

Next is the eye-liner,she isnt wearing the flick in this look mainly because I think the lips are very statement.

To finish off I used lots and lots of Benefit 'bad gal' masacara.

I on bronzer mostly on my temples and swept it down onto my cheeks for more of a hollowed out effect. She is wearing blush but I skipped this part out as I think it would look a little bit too much on me.

Save the best for last!! I put va va violet on my lips by Revlon, which seems like a pretty good dupe even though I have never seen MAC rebel in person!

TINY SNEAK PEAK OF MY LFW OUTFIT!?
This is the makeup I will be wearing to LFW
